Excellent stuff Joe. Canaries and their Breeders need more exposure . I enjoyed today , the comments and advice were worthwhile as were the Birds on display - regards to all - Peter Ball

Bird room set up , I've been able to purchase some cages , I've got 13 Boarder Fancy's 7 Hens and 6 Cock Birds , short of a Hard Feather Cock Bird .
But all going well - but still a lot of work to do . I need to get some UVA and UVB lights and hang them from the ceiling , next will be a flight cage to put by the windows . The next purchase will be the purchase of a Aviary which we will set up under our back veranda

Good meeting last night , learn't a lot and good advice , Thanks to John for the 2 birds , so it now means I'll be putting down 9 pairs with a even mix of soft and hard feather , still need to get Show cages and nest pans that will be in a week or so's time , other thsan that all ready to go

Big day in the room , cleaning cages and rehousing birds - the way I am going I reckon I'll be known as the green man of the Brisbane Border Fancy Club , I have one Buff Bird and the rest are heavy variegated or Green - my Wife has given all the new Bird names ?? - I'll try and post some pictures soon - best regards to all
